Mode of transfer to your accommodation is our guests responsibility. You can either hire a car or taxi (we can facilitate fixed price taxi fares from airports/station).

For larger parties travelling together (5/6 guests) arriving at a single location we can provide a pick up/drop off service using our own transport. Let us know in advance of your plans.

Getting Here By Air

From the UK

Fly to Nimes airport – Ryanair from East Midlands, Liverpool and Luton (100 kms , 1:15 mins driving time), to Marseilles airport – Ryanair or Easyjet (110 kms, 1:15 mins driving time). Then hire car to the Vaucluse area.

From Elsewhere

Fly to Marseilles airport from Paris Orly or Roissy, Charles de Gaulle (110 kms , 1:15 mins driving time). Then hire car to the Vaucluse area


Getting Here By Train

From the UK

Eurostar direct London St. Pancras – Avignon Centre (summer months) or London St. Pancras or Ashford to Paris or Lille for a connection to Avignon TGV or Avignon Centre or Orange.
If necessary, the most time efficient and cost effective way to cross Paris is by the RER metro

From Elsewhere

For those arriving into France by plane; High speed TGV trains link Paris's main international airport to Avignon.

The train station is right in the airport terminus, no need to travel into Paris. The faster trains only take 2.5 hours to make this journey.

Getting Here By Road

From the North: The A7 is the main autoroute from North to South. Exit the A7 at junction 22 (Orange Sud), a short distance on the D72 takes you to the D950 towards Carpentras., then the D977. Pass Sablet and on the signposts for Seguret, Drive up through the village untill you get to the highest car park - P3. Drive through P3 9 there are siugns for Mourchon) and up the hill untiull you reach the Mourchon entrance.

From the South:The A7 is the main autoroute from North to South. Exit the A7 at junction 23 (Avignon Nord) and take the D942 to Carpentras. Turn left at Momteux on to the D52 diection Sarrians. Drive thriough Sarrians and stay on the D52 the other side, Just south of Vacqueyras pick up the D7 driving north though Gigondas, then Sablet, then signs off to Seguret. Drive up through the village untill you get to the highest car park - P3. Drive through P3 and up the hill untill you reach the Mourchon entrance.
